Necessary conditions for using our emergency service

  • You have ordered a service from us - by phone, in a chat with a client, by e-mail or as an additional service when placing an order
  • The current visas were issued and received through the website Buch-dein-Visum.de
  • The individual visa is still valid
  • You can provide evidence of the loss or theft of your passport
  • The passport is lost, stolen or damaged between the time it is returned to you and the end of the trip (or, in the case of a multiple entry visa, before the expiration of the visa)

No additional consular fees are charged when using the emergency service. We only charge a service fee of EUR 20.00 per person.

How is the emergency service being put into operation?

To initiate an emergency service, follow these steps:

  1. Notify us about the use of the service and inform us about the loss of your passport by phone or email.
    Please prepare your order or invoice number.
  2. We will send you all the forms required for registration. Send us all the completed forms and copies of supporting documents, as well as the completed loss report. Note: Make copies of the passport payment receipt and a statement to the police confirming the fact of loss, theft or damage to the passport, and send them to us along with the rest of the documents.
  3. As soon as we receive your order, we will start processing your request. We will restore the lost passport/visa as soon as possible and will inform you about the processing progress.

How do I get a restored visa and passport?

We offer a courier service exclusively for our customers. It operates in many cities, including Cologne, Bonn, Bruhl, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main and Munich. The visa and passport will be delivered directly to your home. If you live far from one of these cities, please contact our support team. We will find a solution together!
