According to the new rules of Cambodia's migration policy, from July 1, 2024, all foreign nationals entering the country without exception must obtain a Cambodia e-Arrival Card. This e-Arrival Card should replace a number of paper forms that were previously required upon arrival in the country (immigration, customs and medical information).

The Cambodia Electronic Arrival Card simplifies and speeds up the process of entering the country through international airports, thereby reducing red tape. Travelers can now complete all necessary immigration formalities online by filling out just one electronic form.

The Cambodia e-Arrival Card application must be submitted within 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in Cambodia.

Important: The e-Arrival Card is not the equivalent of a Cambodian visa and is valid for one trip.

It is also possible to issue the e-Arrival Card directly upon arrival at Cambodia using special tablet devices provided at the airport. However, for your convenience and to avoid delays at customs control, it is strongly recommended to issue an electronic arrival card in advance of your flight to Cambodia.
