We are happy to obtain the tourist visa for Nepal for you.
The approved length of stay is determined by the relevant Nepalese consulate in each individual case. The exact time specifications in the visa entry must be strictly observed. Due to the limited validity of the visa, the application for a tourist visa to Nepal should be made at least half a year before the planned travel date.

Required Documents for Tourist Visa Application
In order to apply for tourist visas for you, we need a complete document package from you. Please do not forget to place your order online. You will then receive a checklist with all relevant information by email. The Nepalese consulates require the following documents:
- a fully completed and signed application form for Nepal
- Passport in original, valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry into Nepal and with at least 1 blank page for the visa entry
- 1 current, colored passport photo in the format 3.5 x 4.5 cm (We generally recommend submitting biometric passport photos, as the requirements for applicant photos can change at short notice. The consulate only accepts original photos, no scans or copies.)
- Non-German citizens residing in Germany: residence permit or registration certificate, not older than 6 months
- Unaccompanied minors: written permission from both parents in English
Travelers planning to do volunteer work in Nepal absolutely need a work permit from the Nepalese authorities. Engaging in volunteer work (freelancing) with a tourist visa is prohibited and therefore illegal. Violations may result in sanctions. The same regulations apply to so-called Health Camps, as medical relief efforts require approval from the Nepal Medical Council.
