Step 1: Prepare your documents in advance

Issuing an MDAC card is simple and convenient, requiring only your passport details and your travel information. The arrival card must be issued 3 days prior to departure, and your arrival date in Malaysia must fall within these three days.
The card should be filled out by each traveler separately.
You can apply for MDAC on your own through the official resource or by contacting accredited agencies such as Buch-dein-Visum.de.
Step 2: Submit an application on our website

Simply go to application form, select the country you plan to travel to and the MDAC registration.
In the next step, enter your nationality.
Select the document processing time - we provide information in advance about possible processing times and costs
Provide the first and last name of all people for whom the MDAC application will be processed.
If desired, you can also choose and order online travel insurance.
Step 3: Specify the data

To apply for the MDAC, you will need your details like name, surname, date of birth, passport number and its validity period (at least six months at the time of entry), phone number, email address, date of arrival and departure, and the method of crossing the border.
