Nationals of Albania, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Bahrain, Botswana, China, Dominican Republic, India, Iran (15 days), Pakistan, Tajikistan, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay holding diplomatic or official/service passports for 30 days (unless otherwise stated) do not require a visa to enter Malaysia, but they must first request an entry permit at any entry point to enter Malaysia. In addition, nationals of Brunei and Singapore who hold diplomatic or official/service passports do not require a visa for 90 days, while all other ASEAN Member States have a visa-free stay of 30 days, but no entry permit is required under the ASEAN Visa Waiver Agreement.
