Entry into Kyrgyzstan is relatively easy through the newly introduced e-Visa process. The application is done online and a visit to the embassy or a Kyrgyz consulate is not required. Note on unaccompanied minors

Every minor who plans to travel alone to Kyrgyzstan must have a notarized consent from the legal guardian. Additionally, the document must be provided to us in Russian.
