Visitor Visa Saudi Arabia

The Visitor Visa for Saudi Arabia, also known as a Private Visa or Personal Visit Visa, allows travelers to visit their Saudi friends or acquaintances, participate in celebrations such as weddings, or pursue similar travel intentions. Holders of Private Visas are prohibited from engaging in tourist or business activities in Saudi Arabia.

If you intend to apply for a visitor visa to Saudi Arabia, you need a Saudi sponsor. A sponsor is a person who invites you to Saudi Arabia and takes responsibility for your stay. It is required that the inviter prepares an invitation letter and gets it certified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After the legalization, the Ministry issues an approval with a reference number. Please note that the Visa Service Center for Saudi Arabia in Berlin does not accept invitations issued in Frankfurt am Main.

For applicants who hold a non-expired visa for Saudi Arabia, there is no option to apply for a new entry permit before the visa expires. If you have applied for the visa through us, you will receive a checklist of all the necessary documents and we can coordinate the appointment for you.

Private visas allow for single or multiple entries into Saudi Arabia. The visa is usually valid for 3 or 6 months from the date of issue. Entry is permitted within this period. The maximum length of stay and the number of approved entries depend on the invitation and are at the discretion of the consulate.
