Need information on what documents are required for your visa?

We provide a short list of essential documents on the visa pages for each country, simply select the country and visa type you are interested in from the menu.

Provide your contact details and the address where the visa will be delivered to, as well as the transportation company that will deliver to the address.

An email will be sent to the email address you provided in the application form with a list of required documents. This package will need to be prepared either in paper form if the visa is applied for through a consulate or in scanned form if the visa is applied for online.

All instructions on how to submit the documents for your visa will be given in the letter.

Pay attention to the validity of your passport - it must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of planned entry.

The visa photo must be a color, biometric, 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size and taken on a white background. The applicant's face should be placed in the middle of the photo and should not show a smile or any other expressions. It is also important that the applicant does not wear a headdress in the photograph, except in cases related to religious beliefs.

As an accredited visa agency, we will take care of the preparation of the visa application form. All you need is the data requested by the embassy of the country to issue a visa.

Your Macau visa application also requires you to provide your accommodation and round-trip ticket details. It is recommended that you make your ticket and hotel/accommodation reservations in advance before applying for a visa.

Additional documents that may be required to prove the purpose of the trip:

• Proof of financial solvency: a bank statement, a certificate of employment indicating income, a sponsorship letter or other documents confirming the availability of funds.
• Receipt of payment for the tour, itinerary, etc.
• Family visit - a copy of the document proving the relative's residence in Macau, or ID card, as well as a document proving kinship.
