No, e-Visas are only available through Azerbaijani-based tour operators. In collaboration with a local partner, we are happy to take care of your visa application.

Processing times for private visas, tourist visas, transit visas, and business visas with an invitation can optionally take about 12 or 17 working days. For the e-Visa, please allow 10 or 15 working days, and for Business Visas including an invitation from King Tours, 20 or 25 working days. Please note that shorter processing times are associated with higher costs. The time for postal delivery is additional. Please make sure to send us a complete document package so that we can adhere to the estimated processing time.

Yes, Azerbaijani consulates only process visa applications if the passport is submitted in its original form.

No, e-Visas are exclusively available for tourist purposes.

It is recommended to apply for the visa 5 to 6 weeks before the trip. In urgent cases, please consult with us briefly before placing your order.
