Need information on what documents are required for your visa?

Provide your contact details and the address where the visa will be delivered to, as well as the transportation company that will deliver to the address.

An email will be sent to the email address you provided in the application form with a list of required documents. This package will need to be prepared either in paper form if the visa is applied for through a consulate or in scanned form if the visa is applied for online.

All instructions on how to submit the documents for your visa will be given in the letter.

Pay attention to the validity of your passport - it must be valid for at least 6 months after the planned date of departure from the country. Your passport must have at least one blank page for the visa.

The visa photo must be a color, biometric, 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size and taken on a white background. The applicant's face should be placed in the middle of the photo and should not show a smile or any other expressions. It is also important that the applicant does not wear a headdress in the photograph, except in cases related to religious beliefs.

As an accredited visa agency, we will take care of the preparation of the visa application form. All you need is the data requested by the embassy of the country to issue a visa.

Your accommodation and round-trip ticket details are also required for the issuance of a visa to Cuba. We recommend that you make your ticket and hotel/accommodation reservations in advance before applying for a visa.

When applying for a business visa, it will be mandatory to document the purpose of your trip and provide the following documents:

• An invitation from a Cuban company or business partner confirming the purpose of your trip. The invitation must be on an official letterhead with the company's contacts.
• Proof of purpose of travel - a letter from your place of employment confirming your business trip and purpose of travel, as well as other documents that can confirm your business intentions.
• Proof of funds to cover expenses for your stay in Cuba. For example, a bank statement or a sponsorship letter from your company.
